It has been my experience that creating a healthy lifestyle is a continuous work in progress.  You want to make small gradual changes over time.  That way, you will not overwhelm yourself, or put your body into too rapid of a detox.  So, it all depends on where you are starting from, keeping in mind a health body needs the highest qualtiy of organic food available; fresh, clean, air; exercise; pure, vital water, and help to detox the build of sludge resulting from doing things that have not been life supportive.
